Privacy Policy

Evoworks is a small business based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This page explains, in plain English, what information we may collect when you use our website and free tools, how we use it, and how to reach us with questions.

What we may collect

• Information you submit through contact forms, audit forms, website scans, and free tools including names, emails, phone numbers, business URLs, website content, and company details.
• Optional PostHog usage analytics, only when you allow it. This includes visited page paths, selected product actions, browser/device information and a randomly assigned in-memory identifier. Requests expose your IP address to the provider. This is not a promise of anonymous data. We do not enable session replay, automatic click capture or account/email identification.
• Technical logs needed to operate the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

How we use this information

• Responding to inquiries and follow-up questions.
• Providing audits, recommendations, and requested tool outputs.
• Improving our free tools, content, and website experience.
• Preventing abuse, spam, and security issues.

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Our website uses Lovable hosting and AI infrastructure, Supabase for submitted records and authentication, and PostHog for optional analytics. AI chat and website analysis can send messages or public page content through Lovable to its AI providers. ElevenLabs processes browser voice conversations. Stripe handles checkout and payment information. Email workflows use Resend, MailerSend or MailerLite where configured. Booking links open Calendly. Those services receive the information needed for the requested action and have their own privacy terms. Processing can occur outside Canada, including in the United States. Locations and retention vary by provider and service. Contact us for information about providers processing your request and our related policies.

Your analytics choice

Use Privacy choices on any app or blog page to allow or decline analytics, or change your choice later. Analytics is off until allowed. Declining does not prevent forms, audits, purchases or requested demos. Your preference is saved in this browser; if storage is unavailable it lasts for the current page only. Withdrawal clears known analytics storage, not necessary login or purchase data. A request already sent cannot be recalled. Google Analytics tagging is currently paused. Older analytics records may still exist.

AI messages, voice and website scans

Evo chat sends your messages to AI services to answer you. Browser calls send audio to ElevenLabs for AI conversation and transcription. EvoWorks saves Evo Front Desk transcripts for follow-up and review; the neutral Sarah demo does not save a transcript in our app. Provider recording, logging and retention settings can differ. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, private customer records or sensitive personal details. Website scans are for public URLs only. AI outputs may be inaccurate.

Scope and necessary processing

This policy covers evoworks.app and its public tools, not every separate client application. Client systems and CarCloser have separate notices and agreements. Hosting/security requests, authentication, submitted forms, payments and AI services you choose to use require processing regardless of the optional analytics choice. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to an unrelated marketing subscription.

Data security

We take practical, reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including secure hosting, encrypted connections, and limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure, and we work to improve our practices over time.

Data retention

Submitted inquiries, support requests and Evo voice transcripts are stored for responding, follow-up and service review. Payment and accounting records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Retention also depends on provider settings and backups; we do not promise immediate erasure from every provider or backup. Ask us for access, correction or deletion at the address below. We verify the request, identify the relevant records and explain any retention requirement or limitation. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future optional collection; it does not automatically erase previously sent data.

Evoworks is based in Alberta, Canada. We aim to handle personal information in a practical, careful way consistent with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
